Our service provider has completed their updates, and is currently monitoring. Posh continues to monitor as well.

Monitoring -
Posh continues to monitor while we wait for our service provider to complete their updates. We have not seen any errors in the last hour and will continue to monitor until the we receive a notice of resolution from our provider.

Our telephony service provider has identified the issue and has begun implementing the fix. We are no longer seeing errors for our Voice Assistants. We will continue to monitor until we receive notification that this has been fully resolved. Next update in 1 hour or sooner if the status is updated by our provider.

A small number of Posh Voice Assistants are being adversely affected by an underlying issue with our telephony service provider that is causing calls to fail. We expect another update from our provider within the next hour or sooner if there is a change in status.
