We will be performing routine maintenance on the Posh Portal on Thursday 1/11/24 overnight from 11pm Eastern on 1/11 to 3am Eastern on 1/12. The only pages impacted will be Insights and Chat Logs. All other pages (Coverage Gaps, Content Studio, Bot Configuration, Users) will not be impacted. If you do go to the Insights or Chat Logs pages during maintenance, data will not load on the page.
As this only impacts the Posh Portal, all Assistants will be fully operational during this maintenance period.
We will send notifications 1 hour before as a reminder, once maintenance starts, and then once it is completed.
